The soup flavor is enhanced by adding a variety of meats (chicken, ham hocks, and sausage), fresh onions, tomatoes and the wonderful Savory Soup mix spice pack. Use your bread or rolls to mop up every last flavorful drop...!!! Any type of apple dessert makes a super accompaniment for this one pot meal. And...you guessed it again...all natural, contains no salt, no sugar and no preservatives. Each Savory Soup Sack comes with easy to follow cooking instructions, nutrition facts and savory soup mix spice pack. Farmer's Market Soup Mix Instructions Add the following: 1 Smoked Ham Hock 1 28 oz. can Whole or Crushed tomatoes 2 Medium Onion, chopped 6 Celery Stalks, chopped 2 Chicken Breasts, chopped 1 lb. HOT Sausage, No casing. Remove Savory Spice Pack, set aside. Rinse and Check beans. Drain and place beans and ham hock into a large pot with 10 cups water. Bring to a rapid boil uncovered for 10 minutes. Lower heat, cover and simmer until beans are SOFT (2 - 2-1/2 hours). Remove ham hock and discard after cutting off all the meat. Add the remaining ingredients and Savory Spice Pack. Simmer uncovered for 1 hour or until thickened. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy...!!!
